Rooted in the personal diaries of founder Anju Gautam and brought to life by the artistry of Chef Nimish Bhatia, Mann Marzi is a theatrical celebration of Indian cuisine, reimagined for the modern palate. Inspired by flavours gathered across continents, from Parisian cafés to Jalandhar homes, the menu offers a curated expression of emotion, memory, and global curiosity.

Signature dishes like the Mughal-style Kashmiri Rogan Qaliya and Smoky Corn & Miso Seekh sit beside evocative pairings like Black Garlic Haleem and Achaari Burrata, each crafted to evoke both nostalgia and surprise. A bespoke beverage collection complements this journey, where saffron mist cocktails and herbaceous slow infusions take centre stage.

Located at Wafi City, next to Raffles Dubai entrance, Mann Marzi invites guests into a sensorial dining experience, one where storytelling is served by the course, and desires come plated.
