VFS: 9am – 6pm
Carrefour: 9am – 10pm
Dubai Courts: 8am – 6pm

From Wednesday 20th May onwards, WAFI will observe the following updated opening hours, in line with government guidelines:
Mall Entrances: 9am – 7pm
Carrefour: 9am – 8pm
Medical clinics and pharmacies: 9am – 7pm
VFS: 9am – 6pm
Mall visits will be limited to a max. of 2 hours
As of 12th May, stores at WAFI will now observe the following updated guidelines:
• Returns can now be accepted, subject to sanitisation and that the items are set aside for a period of 24 hours before to being used by another customer
• Restrictions on sales and promotions have been lifted
Fitting rooms can open, subject to the following guidelines:
• Customers must wear a mask at all times
• Customers can try a maximum of 5 items in-store
• Customers can spend a maximum of 10 minutes in the fitting room
• Any returned items cannot be used or resold to any other customer for a period of 24 hours
• The fitting room must be continuously sterilised
Stores in WAFI will reopen from 26th April onwards, between 12pm and 10pm. Carrefour, and pharmacies within WAFI will continue to operate between the hours of 9am and 10pm. We have introduced strict safety measures to ensure the safety of our visitors.
• A temperature check will be carried out upon arrival; anyone with a temperature above 37.8 degrees will not be permitted
• A mask and gloves must be worn at all times
• Mall visits are limited to a max. of 3 hours
• Those under 12 and over 60 years of age, are not permitted to enter
• Social distancing must be practiced at a distance of 2m
• Thermal cameras will be placed at mall entrances

Following the recent update from the authorities, the stores at WAFI (excluding Carrefour and vital services) will continue to remain closed for a further two weeks and subject to government guidelines and review, will reopen on Sunday 19th April. In compliance with municipality requirements, selected restaurants will continue to operate delivery services only.
