Covid-19 Update

On the occasion of Eid Al Adha, WAFI and Khan Murjan Souk will open between 10am and midnight. Following Eid celebrations, WAFI and Khan Murjan stores will then operate with the following hours:
Sunday – Wednesday: 10am – 10pm
Thursday – Friday:10am – 12am

Kids Connection will reopen from 8th July onwards, with strict measures in place to ensure customer safety. Find full measures in place here.

From 5th July onwards, spas will reopen with safety measures and advanced booking required. Visit Cleopatra’s Spa to book your next spa day.

From 26th June onwards, Carrefour will open from 9am until 12am daily. This follows recent government announcements to state the end of the national sterilisation programme.

Children of all ages, and adults over 60 will now be able to dine at Asha’s, Carter’s and Seville’s, in line with the latest government announcements. Wafi Restaurants continues to implement social distancing guidelines and safety measures including contactless menus and advance booking required.

From 7th June onwards, The Square Cafe will be open and following social distancing guidelines.

From 4th June onwards, WAFI’s valet parking will be operating with the usual safety measures in place.

Valet Service

Effective from 3rd June, WAFI will operate at 100% capacity. We continue to follow the strict safety measures including temperature checks on arrival, and the requirement to wear face masks at all times.

From 1st June onwards, Pharaohs’ Club will be open with strict safety measures and social distancing. Visit Pharaohs’ Club for more information.

Effective from Wednesday 27th May, WAFI will follow updated opening hours as follows:

Retailers: 10am – 10pm
VFS: 9am – 6pm
Carrefour: 9am – 10pm
Dubai Courts: 8am – 6pm

From Wednesday 20th May onwards, WAFI will observe the following updated opening hours, in line with government guidelines:

Opening hours:
Mall Entrances: 9am – 7pm
Carrefour: 9am – 8pm
Medical clinics and pharmacies: 9am – 7pm
VFS: 9am – 6pm

Mall visits will be limited to a max. of 2 hours

As of 12th May, stores at WAFI will now observe the following updated guidelines:

• Returns can now be accepted, subject to sanitisation and that the items are set aside for a period of 24 hours before to being used by another customer
• Restrictions on sales and promotions have been lifted

Fitting rooms can open, subject to the following guidelines:

• Customers must wear a mask at all times
• Customers can try a maximum of 5 items in-store
• Customers can spend a maximum of 10 minutes in the fitting room
• Any returned items cannot be used or resold to any other customer for a period of 24 hours
• The fitting room must be continuously sterilised

Stores in WAFI will reopen from 26th April onwards, between 12pm and 10pm. Carrefour, and pharmacies within WAFI will continue to operate between the hours of 9am and 10pm. We have introduced strict safety measures to ensure the safety of our visitors.

• A temperature check will be carried out upon arrival; anyone with a temperature above 37.8 degrees will not be permitted
• A mask and gloves must be worn at all times
• Mall visits are limited to a max. of 3 hours
• Those under 12 and over 60 years of age, are not permitted to enter
• Social distancing must be practiced at a distance of 2m
• Thermal cameras will be placed at mall entrances

Following the recent update from the authorities, the stores at WAFI (excluding Carrefour and vital services) will continue to remain closed for a further two weeks and subject to government guidelines and review, will reopen on Sunday 19th April. In compliance with municipality requirements, selected restaurants will continue to operate delivery services only.

The authorities have urged people to avoid public places and practice social distancing, with a minimum distance of 2 metres between all individuals, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

WAFI will not sell, rent or disclose to any third party or other tenants within WAFI, any of our customers’ personal information.


Access to Your Personal Information

WAFI will be happy to give any customer access to any personal information that we hold on them, on receiving an appropriate request.

Correction/Updating of Personal Information

If you need to update us with changes to your personal information, this can be done online, by contacting Wafi Rewards Member Services by telephone or in writing, or by visiting a customer service desk in WAFI.

Customers who no longer wish to receive promotional material via email may opt-out of receiving these email communications by sending an email to newsletter@wafi.com with ‘Remove Me’ in the subject line.

Customers can also specifically opt-out of a particular form of communication, be it email, post, telephone or SMS.

At any stage, should you wish to cancel your membership to Wafi Rewards, or opt-out of receiving any or all of the promotional communications that we send, please advise us by emailing marketing@wafi.com

Please note that Wafi Rewards members cannot opt out of receiving communications relating to the management of their membership; in this case membership must be cancelled.
